We hope this finds you and your family in good health. While many things have changed since COVID 19, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety and health. We appreciate that you have been respectful of our space, our wellness, and that of all of our clients by wearing a mask when appropriate. By its very nature, therapeutic massage requires skin-to-skin contact and you should know that infection control has always been a top priority for our practice.
Please arrive at the office no sooner than 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. After the massage session, the massage space will need to be cleared within 15 minutes to allow therapists adequate time for cleaning and ventilation of office in between sessions. Please reschedule your massage appointment if you have had a fever within the previous 24 hrs before scheduled appointment.
If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Please let your therapist know if you have any concerns. To make an appointment, please contact your individual therapist.

We customize our massage sessions to meet each individual's need. Combined we have over 40 years of professional massage experience, with 20 of those years working in a medical setting. We have experience working with clients who have very specific medical issues, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, pre and post surgical, orthopedic issues, depression, palliative care, and much more.
