This is simply a top quality hotel that takes great pride in how it looks and how its staff treat their customers. Our room was just stunning in every respect. My partner was close to tears happy ones! The view of Lake Lucerne too was just out of this world. The outside bar was fabulous - great ambiance and quality aperitifs whilst watching the world go by around you.
The concierge staff were great - sorted car parking with no fuss. The front desk staff were also excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
