Perhaps I can help? I am a warm, approachable and empathetic English speaking counsellor who works compassionately and sensitively with all of my clients so they feel heard, understood, supported and safe. I am a fully qualified person-centred and problem-solving counsellor with experience in helping people with feelings of loneliness and stuckness, disillusionment about marriage and relationships, communication difficulties, separation, divorce, loss, self-esteem, relocation, culture shock, transitions and work related stress.
I use an integrated approach giving each person the space they need to explore their feeling and understand themselves better. And, when ready and needed, can draw upon tools and techniques to help them find a meaningful and realistic way forward. From a tranquil home based counselling room in Mies, a few minutes walk from Mies station, I offer a private place for people to talk openly and honestly about any difficult thoughts and feelings they may be having without having to worry about what others may say or think.
I am available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10am-1pm as well Wednesday and Friday evenings from pm. If these times are not convenient or it is difficult to come and see me, please call and we can arrange to talk via Skype or emai.
