Very predatory and revenue-gathering, not so different than being shaken down by the criminals, except in this case you have no meaningful recourse.
M3 Mitch. My impression is that West has become less of a speed trap, and Richland more of one, in say the last years. I hate that trendy new area anyway, with 6 lanes for the local morons to wander around in, but now that I know it's a speed trap as well, I guess I don't care what they build there, I won't be patronizing.
I'm just going to butt into this conversation I live in Pasco and have my entire life The residential streets east of 10th Ave. Is that saying much? No not really. My mother said there was a trailer park near Burbank that is still in Pasco that was filthy haha. Along Gum St. Between 1st and 10th East of Washington would be my best guess I see more graffitti there than other areas. Also I was by some apartments just off Vista Way where the people honestly freaked me out with unfriendy stares I cant say there's an easily identifiable area I have friends who live there that say they can't leave stuff outside over night or it WILL be gone in the morning West Richland?
Sorry I hate just calling it West there's shady looking trailer parks along Van Geisen but then again I don't know the area well so I might just be judging the book I can honestly say you shouldn't have a problem anywhere.

I had a family friend who lived there years ago and it was actually pretty nice The apartments I was talking about are the ones on Conway and Bruneau As for what to wear a Raider's hat or Old English text should be okay Well if Bentucky has a rough part, I don't know anything about it, and I drive through there most days to work.
