Jamie is highly interested in the history and teachings of yoga and was trained at Mount Madonna Center in the traditional eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga. Through yoga, Jen finds profound bliss in physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment and seeks to share this joy with others.

Paula enjoys sharing her breadth of experience and deep love of movement as medicine for the body, mind and soul. As an instructor, Lauren enjoys teaching ways to integrate the mind-body connection into daily life.
