On Jan. Upon arrival, officers found year-old Willie Deshawn Robinson and year-old Rashan Robinson dead in a bullet-ridden car in the Popeyes parking lot. A third victim, who was injured and not believed to be a target of the shooting, was found in the Walgreens parking lot. I just heard popping at first. Another witness said she and three others, including a child, were walking out of Walgreens when they saw and heard bullets ringing through the air.
