We used Goway for a trip to Egypt and Jordan. What appealed to us particularly was the fact that we were met and escorted every step of the way. From being met at the airport we did have 1 minor misstep right off the bat, but it was quickly corrected and escorted through immigration and baggage to a waiting driver and off to our accommodations. The agent we worked with helped us find the best itinerary for our group of 20, which is no small feat. She was responsive to other needs that unfolded during our booking process, including special meals and seat assignments.
We have returned to Goway Travel year after year because of the great service Cathy has provided. I had an excellent trip because Alice, my Goway Travel agent, was an excellent communicator.
