He enjoys hosting weekly sound baths in Lava Hot Springs and works with Hospice supporting people in confronting their mortality. Along with the quartz crystal and metal sound bowls, he has incorporated the sound of gongs which all contribute to supporting the different energy centers in the body which respond to specific tone vibrations. It is an old technology that has been used for thousands of years that is making a difference in emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
Lori holds certifications and teaches Yoga, Pilates, Gyrokenesis and is a Feldenkrais practitioner. She also teaches water therapy and figure skating.
