Payment of all banking fees remain the responsibility of the sending Client. Final payment will be requested at least six weeks prior to the beginning of the program and is not linked to visa issuance.

What is included in Nacel prices insurance, flight, accommodation, etc Generally speaking, international airfare is never included nor are visa and passport fees. Accommodation, either in a host family, a boarding school, a shared flat or a student residence, is specific for each program and may be included or not. Similarly, transfers from the airport to the school or to the accommodation may be included or not. Prices are only valid for programs starting between January 1st, and December 31st, Exceptionally, prices may vary because of local conditions, late registration, local regulation, exchange rates or other reasons.
Complete information sheets on all programs are available on request content, deadline, requirements, accommodation, conditions, prices, etc. Bookings are closed without notice as soon as the number of participants allowed per program is reached.
