All professional schools issue a Certificate of Completion which must be presented to the DMV when you apply for your full license. High schools may or may not issue a Certificate of Completion.
A report card or official transcript is also acceptable. The driver education course or experience is not a requirement to obtain an instruction permit. It is a requirement for a driver license. You must present proof of your identity and Nevada residential address unless you already hold a Nevada ID Card.
