ALL Rating 4. TripAdvisor Rating 4. Unless you like casinos, I did not find the location interesting. Unfortunately, when I arrived in the room, the toilette was very dirt, as if someone had used it. I prefer not to describe, but I took a picture and showed to the the receptionist, who was extremely nice and offered me another room.
In any case it is a rather negative experience. Othman S. We stayed at the hotel for less than one night and were asked for a 50 EUR security deposit and upon check out we were told that the deposit would be refunded to our account in less than 2 days. It has now been 10 days and no refund. We are 8 Saudi guests. I don't expect to stay there in the future or recommend it to anyone else. Good stay with nice view and amenities in the hotel. Otherwise, my stay was great there.
