We are so excited about going to Canada during the Fall. I had called the phone number to ask questions and to help our planning - first time, spoke to Jason who was very friendly and helpful. The f ollowing day, I called back to let him know that we wanted to book and ask a couple more questions.
But Jason was not available, and I had to speak to a young lady, - yes, she got us booked, but she was not enthusiastic or friendly, and sometimes even sounded like she was annoyed at questions such as, is attire in Quebec casual or is it more formal. I had problems with the online booking app. Following up, I had difficulty finding a contact number for the customer service line. They should make it clear that customer service is not open on Sund ays or after hours to be clearly named.
Not so. The hours and telephone number should be very clear as a service to their potential clients. Once I found the customer service phone number, I was dropped on the first try. However, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Jason picked up the phone and was very thorough in making sure he understood my needs and guiding me to the goal.
