Through accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plans we help individuals between the ages of 18 and 59 years of age from being prematurely institutionalized. This is done by utilizing a non-clinical networking model among service providers to exchange information about activities and resources that promote economic stability, educational success, access to healthcare, housing, and legal services for families.

It provides adult offenders the opportunity to gain insight about their own perceptions and behaviors while learning interpersonal skills and identifying goals that promote emotional and social wellness.
Services are provided in individual and group settings. Our program addresses domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse and related issues. We also support families in their readiness for employment and self-sustainability. We teach families to use resources in their community and help them with parent coaching and education.
We arrange for family therapy to help families nurture change and development. Case management is available. The program includes outreach activities in the heart of the communities and from our centers at various locations in the county including San Jose, Alviso, and Gilroy. We hope to create awareness, decrease cultural bias and stigma about mental health challenges and participate in advancing culturally sensitive treatment and care to improve the wellbeing of our community members.
