Cut the hooks off, drilled a hole in each and used zip ties to secure them to my front rack. They swing out as needed. Ugly and cheap just the way I like my hookers! These look like they'd also serve more purposes than the regular "washer hooks", which are really just anchor posts to wrap a hook, rope, cable, or bag around.
