I enjoyed the arm and leg bits too. The room is lovely and warm, smelled nice and the music was just right in getting you to relax. I had a nasty fall on my knee at the road crossing outside the hotel the night before and could hardly move my knee. Ann however managed to relieve the sore stiffness in the joint and I could walk normally after.
