Lana K. I absolutely love In Touch Wellness! The girls there are so professional, kind and accomodating. Charla gives an amazing massage, her technique is supurb, I do not go anywhere else anymore. I would like to mention that I was the appointment directly following the supposed cigarette smoke smell incident for which someone else left a review. When I arrived, Charla was running an air purifier in the massage room, had the windows open to air out and had a lovely smelling clean aromatherapy difusser going.
She apologized profusely, mentioning that a previous client had arrived for an appointment and they just cancelled then and there with no explaination - just walked out - but then later they left a negative review complaining about a smoke smell and how they cancelled because they couldnt stand the smell - she asked if I smelled anything I didnt smell anything remotely smokey by this time, less than 2 hours later.
