I am a lifelong learner and coach who holds space for my clients as they learn how to make transitions in their bodies, minds, and emotions, through curiosity and personal work, and do so, without judgment. This type of work facilitates healing opportunities, that the body knows, and learns to remember, healing itself, decreasing pains and symptoms, and increasing attitude, energy, and overall well-being, believing life is worth living joyfully and to the fullest!
Among my living passions is working with horses and their riders. In my "other time," I enjoy : teaching "repurposed" stained glass mosaic classes, biking, hiking, working with horses and their riders, being a volunteer Police Chaplain, teaching my grandchildren to talk to trees, and finding things to be grateful for by "looking up"!
I have my Bachelor's in Science from St. I have received class certifications in Craniosacral Therapies, S. I am also enjoying being a certified Cranio-sacral Equine Therapist from Integrated Equine Therapies, working with both horses and riders. I enjoy using a wide variety of modalities, including: craniosacral therapies, trauma and Somatic Emotional Release S.
