Tell yourself you can do it and forget all negative self talk. Get outside. Whatever the weather is, fresh air is always a good idea. As well as walking and exercising , just being active.

Decluttering actually always helps me if I have anxiety or bad mood, it almost represents a fresh start, and you can just concentrate on something else than your thoughts.
