On Wednesday, Massage X owner Haibin Li, 35, of Plainfield, surrendered the license following an incident and subsequent charges at the establishment last week, according to a news release from the Oswego Police Department. X Massage is located at Route 34 in Oswego. Following the incident, the Village of Oswego had initiated proceedings to revoke its bodywork license, with a hearing scheduled for Thursday. However, following the voluntary surrender of the bodywork license, the scheduled hearing has been cancelled.
