She helps with their daily living. She makes breakfast for them and makes sure they have their showers and baths.
She helps them with their therapy and their exercises. She does an amazing job. I called several others, but I was more impressed with the people that I dealt with when Home Instead contacted me and they were able to meet our needs better. Billing and scheduling are fine. There are no issues. They have been so happy with Amy. My mom is hard to win over. She did not want someone to help and it just worked out very, very well.
Value for money is OK. The caregiver is a very caring individual who stays on top of things and is very kind.
