An aspiring rapper and his OnlyFans model girlfriend have been revealed as the couple accused of allegedly torturing and burying alive a young man who later died from horrific injuries as chilling new details emerge.
Cooper Anthony William Bunney, 23, and his girlfriend Bella-Louise Rose Scheibel, 21, have both been charged with a string of serious offences, including torture and murder, over the death of Samuel Wilcox, Mr Wilcox was found with critical head injuries at the couple's rural property in Mount Mee, 85km north of Brisbane last Wednesday night after emergency services were called to a report of an alleged assault.
It's understood Mr Wilcox was found partially buried alive. He was rushed to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a critical condition but died two days later. Bella-Louise Rose Scheibel above , 21, was charged with 10 serious offences, including torture and murder. Aspiring rapper Cooper Anthony William Bunney, 23, was charged with nine offences.
Police later revealed Scheibel was the one who called emergency services. Court documents revealed that Mr Wilcox's alleged ordeal began on April 29, two days before he was found. Police describing the alleged attack as occurring over a 'reasonably prolonged period of time', according to the Courier Mail. It's understood that Scheibel and Bunney only lived at the Mount Mee property for a number of weeks before the alleged incident.
Detective Inspector Zitny reportedly said the theory that the alleged killing had a possible connection to drugs was 'one of the lines of enquiry' investigators were looking at. Bunney and Scheibel professed their love for one another in February last year. I love you always Cooper Bunney, never forget it,' wrote Scheibel on Facebook.
