Williams, a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama, has more than three decades of extensive utilities industry experience.
He also worked for more than 25 years at Southern Company, where he held various telecommunications and IT management positions. When not working for UTC, Rusty enjoys his family which includes his wife Ivette, 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
