Our service is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in any nature. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, as you will need this time to unwind and also to fill out our consultation form.
Please respect your appointment time. Your treatment will end at its originally scheduled time to prevent a delay for the next guest.
Depending on how busy the schedule of the therapist, it may cut into your massage treatment. So please make sure you are on time so you get your full treatment time. In the unlikely event you are running late, we ask you to send a text message or call to let us know.
All payments are to be made in advance. Kindly pay the fee to the receptionist on your arrival. All bookings including online bookings are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserves the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Please do not pay the deposit until we confirm the time is available, we will email you to confirm. All booking deposits are non-refundable if appointments are not Canceled within hour notice.
An ideal gift for everyone, gift vouchers are available at reception or Online. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment. Vouchers expire after 12 months from date of purchase. When will I receive my voucher? Gift Vouchers will be emailed to you within 24hr , please note vouchers are not automatically generated. How long is my voucher valid? All Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
