This service is for all families with children aged 0 to 19 living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. No referral is needed. Our team is made up of a variety of NHS staff with specific training and qualifications to support the health needs of children, young people and families in the community.
Together we are able to offer a wide range of help, advice and support for children and young people aged years old. Whilst we develop all parts of this new offer, not all parts are available to everyone. Some families will continue to be seen at home during pregnancy.
