To feel connected to everything that is β with nature, with other people β to feel the unity β to simply BE. Accept what is β everything is good, all feelings are good and allowed to be β all shadows are good β they dissolve into light and love when you look and recognize and accept the truth.
Live and celebrate love, make it a celebration of the senses and joy. The divine wants you to be happy and rejoice!
But something is still missing! Yoga and Tantra, mainly red, sexual Tantra, have changed and enriched my life, but I still feel the longing for more, the longing for unity, for absolute love, for merging with the divine. And so the longing in my heart attracted a tantric master from New Zealand, who visited me in in my small, inconspicuous yoga school in Berlin Wedding. Through my experiences, I would like to show that yoga, red and white tantra are stages on the path that we experience and that everything is good and important and has its place in life.
All paths flow into one another and contribute significantly to transformation. We cannot and should not exclude, judge or reject anything, but rather recognize everything as a lived stage on the path. I would like to share with you all the experiences I have had in my life, in my seminars and training courses and in my relationships with other people and support you in finding yourself and leading a happy, content, pleasurable, authentic and self-confident life.
