Does anybody have first hand experience with back pain? I have a lower disc compression that effects my sciatic nerve and causes severe pain. Is there a doctor someone used and had great success or is there any alternative medical treatments that have been successful. Surgery is an option, I guess, but I do not hear great results or permanent pain relief from surgery either, unless someone here has experience with a great and experienced surgeon.
