Perfect for groups. We offer Birthday Packages for all ages. Groups paint pottery figurines and make an item on the pottery wheel. We have a section of paint your own pottery items. You just come in, pick out what speaks to you, and glaze it! We have figures, cups, and a variety of other interesting items for you to make your own.
It was so fun to learn a new skill. The owner was great at leading you through the process. Also, once you make your piece, you get to come back and paint it so you can truly make it yours. They go above and beyond to give you a chance to try pottery. It was a nice, long opportunity to try the wheel I didn't even know what a wheel looked like before the class - I'd only seen it in movies.
I can't say I made something that belonged in museums my first time, but I had fun, and I learned the steps to making a bowl, cup, or whatever I feel like making. Great instructor who has a passion for helping people learn a new skill!
We did the sip and spin wheel class and got a few really cute pieces out of it. John was super helpful! Highly recommend! My wife and I went for her birthday and she loved it. Josh is the absolute best teacher and makes the class really fun. Our pieces came out great which was a surprise since it was our first time using a pottery wheel. Overall great experience super cool place to have a date.
