This treatment can be given from 37 weeks. It is recommended that you do not have treatments in the first trimester. Following this period if you feel well enough to do so you may continue to have reflexology or massage for relaxation or to aid various complaints during your pregnancy such as sciatica, constipation, indigestion etc.
