Spoken For is an Albuquerque-based program that exists to provide aftercare for survivors of human trafficking.
We can provide emergency resources, transportation, and different levels of housing for identified victims, as well as provide intensive case management services to assist them through their healing journey toward independence. The Spoken For staff believes that there can be justice for those trapped in human trafficking. Oftentimes people are caught in a cycle of manipulation where their freedom to determine their own future is taken from them. It works beyond the violation, empowering survivors to move past their exploitation and live the lives they choose for themselves.
Spoken For takes a pro-social and victim-centered approach to ensure every individual we work with knows their value and can see healthy relationships modeled. Our team approach ensures our clients are given the opportunity to work with multiple providers who help them to find safety and ensure that they are heard.
Spoken For is constantly growing and adjusting its programming to ensure clients are given the best chance for a positive future. As our clients know, the world is a difficult place to be.
But God reminds us that He holds us close. Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
