Joined 31 Jul Messages 4, Funny, I was just about to post something about that route. Holborn Viaduct, Broad Street. That made me wonder what services originally ran from Broad Street. They did build a cord into Liverpool Street for the Watford trains, but that route has not run for a long time.
The line is still there and a charter train will be going on it in September. Were there other services from Broad Street? Last edited: 3 Aug Nice little route overlooking Camden market, beat sitting around Waterloo for an hour and a bit. I can see that route being used a lot more when Euston is being rebuilt for HS2 although I think the Watford DC line units are mostly the s which are 3rd rail only so that might be a lead balloon of an idea.
