The chateau abounds in salons adorned with mouldings, sculptures, frescoes, woodwork and fireplaces galore.
There is also a long gallery that evokes the charm of the winter gardens of the past. The bull's-eye windows and various dormers under the eaves offer great views over the countryside and the surrounding woods. The property also boasts a landscaped park with English- and French-style gardens and a 1,ft long lake with a pier that makes a rustic point of departure for a fishing trip or a boat ride.
The hotel estate covers about acres in total. For your special celebration, enjoy a ceremony in the gardens or one of the grand reception rooms, a cocktail on the terrace and a wedding breakfast in the extensive grounds before dancing the night away in the most romantic of settings.
Catering will not be carried out by the venue, however there is a professional kitchen which can be used. They also have a list of recommended caterers that they can recommend. All rooms are different and authentic with incredible views over the park and gardens. There are also two accessible rooms available. These 35 rooms can accomodate 90 guests.
DINING The hotel's restaurant is a nod to the family estate's past and to the memories left by the taste of a dish, an ingredient or a recipe. This is not a place for fussiness, fads or pretension. We have a taste for the essential with an emphasis on what each season offers in terms of fruits, vegetables, game, etc.
