Date of experience: May 12, Pro site no issues with my purchase from the site. Very smooth transaction. The answers to my questions were really quick. The only negative is that you can not pay in Euro if you are not in the Eurozone. I live in Canada and I have an account in Euro and I had asked for the prices in euro. Unfortunately, the transaction was executed in Canadian dollars, which resulted in additional fees from my bank.
Otherwise, apart from that, the service is super competent. Great experience, easy to deal with and watch was exactly as advertised. Very daunting spending so much money without knowing dealer or seeing the watch. But the experience was very straightforward and professional.
