Stephanie went above and beyond after I purchased a chair from Ashley. When they delivered the chair, they forgot to take off the packing that allowed the chair to swivel. She personally came to my house after she got off work and removed the packing so the chair would swivel. Great experience with the sales agent Robert Lewis.
