Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has denied allegations of sexually inappropriate behaviour towards massage therapists. The Baltimore Banner reports Tucker, considered by many as the NFL's greatest kicker in history, has been accused of lewd behaviour at spas and wellness centres around the Baltimore area, with two reportedly banning the star.
The accusations include claims that Tucker exposed his genitals, brushed some of the therapists with his penis and left ejaculate on treatment tables. Several therapists said Tucker's behaviour was so egregious that they ended his sessions early or refused to work on him again. And, at two spas, management said they banned him from returning.
A therapist who spoke to the publication described Tucker's alleged behaviour as "really degrading" while another said: "I can't watch sports anymore. I see his face everywhere. The alleged incidents are said to have taken place between and The women did not report the incidents to police.
Tucker labelled the allegations as "unequivocally false" and said the Banner was guilty of "journalistic failures at every turn". Tucker said the article "takes innocuous, or ambiguous, interactions and skews them so out of proportion that they are no longer recognisable.
This is desperate tabloid fodder. Tucker's legal team also denied the claims. The NFL said in a statement that it "first became aware of the allegations from the reporter investigating this story as they were not previously shared with the NFL. We take any allegation seriously and will look into the matter. The Ravens issued a statement saying "we take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation.
