His focus, quality products with expert craftsmanship. Kathi handled all of the scheduling and the showroom, her focus being customer care and satisfaction. Over the years the business grew and in Gary brought on his son, Eron, to take over installation side of the business.
The trio made quite a team caring for families all the way up in Brea, Yorba Linda, and Fullerton all the way down to Dana Point, San Clemente and all the cities in between. In , Gary fulfilled his dream of an early retirement. Eron took over the show and Kathi stayed on for another year to make sure the transition was a success. January marked the official and complete hand off to the second generation of Boyers. As of we have a tight knit team of five well four and a half, Andrew is part time as needed : Eron, Cindi, Mark, Maryam and Andrew.
Cindi grew up in New Jersey and moved Orange County about First landing in Laguna Hills, then on to Irvine, finally settling in Tustin about Eron and Cindi were introduced through a mutual friend at their church in , married in and the rest is history.
Eron grew up in Silverado Canyon, living all of his life here in Orange County. Eron and Cindi love creating beautiful window treatments for Orange County homeowners! Mark Jameson has over 30 years of experience installing shutters, shades and blinds and has been with CWS since He knows shutters and our customers rave about his care and attention to detail. In his spare time Mark loves to surf, race RC cars and has been known to grill a mean steak! Maryam Handley came to CWS in June of with years of customer service experience under her belt and it shows.
She fiercely tracks and keeps the deliveries and installations running smoothly. She also knows her way around the showroom pretty well, praises are always flooding in on how helpful and kind she is. Andrew Johnson has well over a decade of experience installing custom window treatments. Andrew is a family man through and through and loves to be active with his kids, and of course the family dog.
