The session will begin with your therapist performing a Postural and Gait Assessment to help identify areas of concern and develop a treatment plan. The treatment consists of a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Range of Motion applications that are used to target specific areas of concern as well as full body relaxation.
