STORY: German police arrested a year-old Afghan man after a knife attack that left two people dead in a park in the city of Aschaffenburg on Wednesday. Police said the victims were a year-old German man who was passing by and a two-year-old boy of Moroccan descent.
Officials said that three other people were wounded, including a year-old man, a child, and a teacher. He was admitted for psychiatric treatment and then released each time.
