This includes a full physical exam, vision screening, any needed referrals, prescriptions, school forms, and or immunizations. If the visit needs to be converted to an in-person office visit you will get a bill just for your office visit and the telemedicine visit will be waived. We can come to your house in the TRI-cities within 6 mile radius of our office location to examine and manage your child as needed.

If you don't find your insurance on the list we are either not taking the insurance or still doing final paperwork to get in network.
