If you used the mesmetron on Red while she was inside germantown, you're probably stuck on the quest big trouble in big town, because you will need to kill all of the slavers inside paradise falls to release her or you will need to kill her, so that the quest continue. However, you can use some console commands to teleport her to big town,without having to kill the slavers inside paradise falls.

If you enslave red inside of germantown while the quest Big trouble in Big town requires you to rescue her, you will need to kill her or release her from paradise falls so the quest can be finished.
If you unlock the gates and deactivate her bomb using the paradise falls terminal, there's a small chance that the game will glitch and she will start crouching and running towards the exit of paradise falls and no one will shoot her, if this happens to you then i think you will have no problems with your save later,but is almost certain that once you release her from the slavers, everyone will shoot her and the quest will fail.
Now you will need to have 50 on science to be able to deactivate her slave collar, if you dont you can use the command player. Dont unlock the gates and write TCL on the console,go through the gate and open the door. Once you're inside, talk to Red and use Science to deactivate her collar, if it doesnt work on the first time, load that save and try to deactivate the collar again, dont forget to disable TCL.
