It took me so long to realize it, Escort is just another name for female sex worker. This changes everything, each night you "block" someone you really are just being the towns harlot.
Actually, Escort isn't another word for a female sex worker. You might wanna re-check the dictionary. Sure, the term is ambiguous. But the in-game role hint suggests that Escorts are 'working girls'. EDIT: it is weird that you die when you visit the SK, if you were going to a social event that wouldnt make sense, chances are you were killed in bed.
The character you're able to purchase that resembles an escort is a working woman, but for the sake of technicality and explanations as to how men can be escorts, we should assume in ToS it means both prostitutes which isn't always exclusive to women and individuals that merely escorts to social gatherings.
The game does, however, say in the role's description as you obtain it that you're a "beautiful woman skilled in distraction" or something along those lines. When you get Escort, it has a little description of the role.
I do believe it implies it. XD same mechanics.
