On my first visit to Riyadh, on my first lunch in Riyadh I was invited to the Steak House and there my journey started in during the World Cup period. During that lunch I learned a lot about Saudi Arabian traditions, like shutting down the lights and music during praying hours, locking the doors of the restaurant for 45 minutes during the respective five praying times a day and more The place left a lot of memories I visited The Steak House again this year during my third visit to Riyadh and remembered the table we sat at, the bizarre coke cups or jars that I still remember to date and their renowned salad bar all covered with crushed ice and the famous burgers.
The menu has a choice of delicious starters, mouthwatering salads, soups and sides, sandwiches, hand crafted burgers, fajita platters, seafood, chicken, signature steaks and ribs and finally the desserts.
The choice is wide that you just don't know where to start. At lunch-time, an additional flyer is distributed where a special formula offering reasonable price including a main sandwich or dish, a salad and a soft drink. The course was so big that I missed trying the desserts. The nachos are of high quality.
They use Tostitos. Tostitos is twice the price of the conventional famous Doritos with better taste, no powder aroma and a bigger size. We added to it chilli Con-Carne.
