A Massachusetts chiropractor already accused of placing a hidden camera inside the bathroom at his practice on the North Shore is now facing child pornography charges. Scott Kline, 44, of Middleton, was arraigned Tuesday in Peabody District Court on two counts of possession of child pornography and videotaping a minor in connection with him allegedly having put a camera in the bathroom of a residential home and secretly recording a minor female, who is known to him, while she was taking a shower, Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan said.
These charges are based on additional information uncovered as part of an ongoing investigation into digital evidence seized by law enforcement in connection with allegations that he placed a recording device inside the bathroom of his Peabody chiropractic office Back on Track, Ryan said.
Kline pleaded not guilty to the new charges brought against him. Kline's attorney, Paul Moraski, had argued for a lower bail amount. He's a lifelong Massachusetts resident. He has two children aged 5 years old, judge.
He's not going anywhere," Moraski said. At about p. Kline is next scheduled to appear in court on Aug.
A police report obtained by NewsCenter 5 stated that Kline admitted to placing a camera in the bathroom at his office but that he went on to say there was no power to the device and that it was neither recording nor streaming.
