They took our passports and luggage, and guided and arranged everything for us from the entrance to the gate. We will definitely book this service again in the future. Date of experience: 17 November Could not fault. Paid for fast pass through Marrakech airport on departure. Excellent service from the whole team. Help throughout with contact via WhatsApp number provided. Lounge facility not used but provision of transit to gate definitely a lot quicker and less stressful. Bad reviews certainly not my experience. Coming to Marrakech again would definitely use, for arrival and departure.
Not cheap but value for money. Date of experience: 20 October Used Pearl Assist's service for both arrival at and departure from Sharm el Sheikh, knowing that the airport can be an absolute nightmare to navigate with long queues and rude officials. On arrival we were greeted by two uniformed staff as the bus from the plane arrived at the airside terminal doors.
