Dominik Wurth grew up in a small rural village on the edge of the Black Forest in Germany. In his early twenties, he discovered the guitar and started playing and practicing the instrument. After some time and technical progress, Dominik needed a better guitar. So he started reading books about guitar making to get a deeper insight into the differences in quality and to be better prepared for purchasing the right guitar.
After reading several books on the subject, the temptation to build a guitar himself overcame his desire to buy a new one, and Dominik Wurth began to build his first classical guitar.
