Search for:. Wellness Program. Acupuncture treatments are given by the staff of licensed acupuncturists at Plum FamiLee Acupuncture. Billing is automatic at the beginning of each month first month prorated. Once you cancel you must see the doctor for a private session at regular rates. Visits are non-transferable. Group Wellness Program: One acupuncture treatment per week is included.
You will not be charged extra on months where there are 5 appointments. Conversely, some months may only include 3 appointments. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 opportunities per month to attend. During group sessions there will not be time for individual counseling. If extra one on one time is required then a private session will need to be scheduled.
We are unable to see you if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time. If you fail to come in one week you do not get an extra treatment the following week. There are no cancellation fees for missing your regularly scheduled sessions. If you are unable to make your regularly scheduled session, it is not guaranteed we can fit you in another group.
