Burnettown police say an Aiken-Barnwell mental health worker reported that a year-old victim disclosed they had been sexually assaulted in March of by the suspect Juan Rodriguez. An Evans man has been arrested on a charge of exposing himself at a local park — and it may not be the first time, according to authorities. Authorities say they then met with another year-old who stated she was dating Rodriguez during October and November of During that time, Rodriguez turned 19, the victim told deputies.
The relationship ended in March Aiken County deputies said they met with a year-old who reported having a sexual relationship with Rodriguez back in September. A man has been charged with felony sexual exploitation of children after allegedly downloading lewd photos, according to arrest warrants. The victim told deputies that Rodriguez also offered her methamphetamine on several occasions. According to the victim, he always smoked meth in his car.
When he offered her meth she said no and he smoked it in front of her. Rodriguez was arrested on Tuesday and charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor or attempt in the second degree and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to jail records.
