Tell yourself you can do it and forget all negative self talk. Get outside. Whatever the weather is, fresh air is always a good idea. As well as walking and exercising , just being active. And remember to stay hydrated, the most basic tip that you still easily forget. Mene ulos. Do something differently. The smallest tiniest things can spark your inspiration and get you motivated again. Talk to a friend. If you can, help someone like your friend. Listen and give your advises.
