Booked massages must be canceled by pm on the previous day. Due to our staff organizational reasons, massages booked on the same day cannot be cancelled.
Otherwise the full amount will still be charged. It is recommendable to arrive at the SPA at least 10 minutes in advance, in case of delay the service will only be guaranteed until the end of the booked time. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure.
