What began as a journey of self-inquiry grew into a desire to share the gifts of massage and yoga that I have received. I am a graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to health. As an ultra distance runner I am well aware of the needs of athletes at the various stages of their performance. I integrate a variety of modalities to create an individualized session based on your therapeutic goals including Injury Massage, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish, and Reflexology.
