Students enrolled in the class will get plenty of feedback from the instructor during the live model session. Class meets on Saturdays ampm; live model seesion ampm. We're always looking for good, reliable models.
Mix of gender, races and ages. Artists are responsible to bring own easel, drawing horse or sculpture stand, which can be stored on site if artist is a regular. To sign up for the uninstructed sessions, we utilize an online system called SignUpGenius.
The system allows artists to sign up for one or more of the sessions in a given series. Email David to receive session invites. Sundays am pm. Work from a live nude or costumed art model during this drop-in drawing, painting, or sculpting session in the third floor Skylight Studio.
Open to the general public. Preregistration is not required. Discount punch card available. To access the Skylight Studio when Gallery is closed Sundays and evenings , please use entrance at rear of building. Gage Academy of Art 10th Ave. See website for current details.
Tables, chairs, some boards, horses and easels are available. Nude poses range from minutes. Double model poses range from minutes. We aim to include models of all gender, size, ethnicity, etc.
